We can currently edit on calendar and drag a workout around. It works for small adjustments.
For larger ones like where we had an injury or got sick for a week, longer adjustments may be necessary like repeating a week or backing up a week if it's in a challenging part of the plan. For that we need to be able to move more than one day around at a time.
Suggestions:
  • Add function to shift the plan, to be able to add a blank week or period of days while shifting all future workouts by chosen amount. (This could also be helpful if a target event is rescheduled). Positive and negative values would be helpful to move dates closer or further out in the calendar
  • Use the multi-select in the edit mode to be able to drag multiple days around together to reschedule them in their original sequence
  • use the multi select mode to copy and paste single or multiple workouts such as duplicating a week to repeat
