Prioritize data source

Would be great to add this as an option to specific primary/secondary source for HRV/sleep data.
Whoop>Optimize has been broken for a while now so it would be perfect if there was a button to manually prompt Optimize to pull the data from a fallback source such as Apple Health when it doesn't receive a sync from Whoop/Primary.

I have Garmin & Whoop, somehow my sleep data is being reported at 6 or 7 times my actual sleep from Whoop, I can't turn off sleep without turning off all Garmin tracking. But Garmin won't report HRV.

💯 - we are working on this, stat!

A good alternative is to allow the option to not allow health data from Garmin. That way only the activity data is tracked by Optimize. Then Whoop or Oura can load the heath data such as sleep and HRV.

Agree. Users should be able to specify which source to use. In my case my source isn't even listed. I have zero sleep and rhr data used

Giuliana Donnelly: where are you recording your data? If we have that integration it should work
