All of the apps (Garmin, Strava, etc) sync to and from Apple Health with varying degrees of competence. There are a varying number of cycling/sport related Apple Health metrics and some apps use a handful while others may use different ones. Turning them all on creates a mess of duplicates in Health, so we have to pick and choose the "best" set of incomplete data we want to use.
Setup the FasCat app to accurately propagate all of these activity-related Health fields (cycling distance, etc) in a well-designed way so we can turn off other apps' syncing TO Health and have clean, optimized data from an app/developer with a deep understanding of what these metrics are and what should exist there.
